Nitrox course
    We can teach you how to dive with enriched air.
    You can take a short course and then you have the knowledge to
    dive with only 32%.
or
    You take the full Nitrox course and you get to learn how to use
    all mixes between 22-40%.

This is a very useful course. It is NOT a deep diving activity and it is NOT technical diving.
With 32% in your tank the maximum depth for you is 30 m. That is why Nitrox is a very good gas for recreational divers.
The advantages with Nitrox are many. The first thing you think about is the longer divetimes. Or you can use it just to give you a much better range for safety!
