The Oxygene group is all about offering the highest possible quality to our customers.

Oxygene quality control
builds on three different aspects; customer feedback, quality audits and support supervision.

Customer feedback is collected via random emails to customers from all Oxygene units.  Oxygene units are required also to work with local customer evaluation forms. 

A quality audit form is filled out by each unit yearly. Oxygene also visits dive centres and dive reatil stores to verify the information given in the audit.

Oxygene HQ is working contiously to monitor local Oxygene web sites, newsletters, web banners, printed adverts etc.
